Don't forget there are red n green days too I just do ee but I am a fruit n veg monster I can't get enough of it so it works well for me I prob could do green to be honest as I don't eat much meat but I find ee the easiest to follow so stick with that rather than swapping and changing I'm 9 lb off my goal now so v happy .... You just need a plan that works for you
 
Exactly what I said, we are singing from the same hymn sheet cat yoyo! If you dont enjoy your food you wont stick to plan and give up s w. That would be a great pity as one of the many positives of plan is that you do have other choices. Red,green,ee, they all work S W rocks :)
 
I am trying to eat fruit before and after a meal instead just see how it works this week. If it don't work I've only lost a week x
 
This topic still really baffles me. I always thought your SuperFree had to be had either with your meal or beforehand - not afterwards - the whole point being to fill up on the SuperFree foods.

If you're eating it after you've just eaten a plateful of Free/Synned foods how do you know you're not just eating it "because you should", rather than actually still being hungry? This could have adverse effects...

Superfree is a recommendation, nothing more, but it seems to have taken on this godlike status and I think its a shame people get so stressed out about the whole question of how much they have, when they have it, and whether they are doing EE correctly if they don't have it. If you have superfree for dessert it is not a problem because it is so low calorie anyway and it still fills you up as SW intend :)

I have actually done a green day today without realising .... Tinned spaghetti and fruit for brekkie .... Homemade chickpea curry tomatoes and rice for lunch .... More fruit and yogs ...so for tea I had fried egg butties on 2 hex b rolls :D I wanted quick food after my 13 hour shift
