I've been on slimming now for 2 weeks, am hoping writing this down will help me with my progress. I've lost 5lb here is to the next 3 stone!
Do you think I am eating enough super free foods??
Ill start from my second week.
(Thurs)
B: Bran flakes with 150ml of milk
S: 1x apple, plum
L: Supper noodles (chicken and herb) Grilled mushroom with a tea spoon of philly light (hea)
D: Big Daddy burger out of slimming world mag without the bun, with syn free wedges cous cous and grilled tomatoes home made coleslaw. (cabbge red and white onion and carrot)
S: muller light, 2 x plums
Syns for the day. Snack a jacks (6) Mayo ligt (2) = total of 8
(Friday)
B: 30g of porridge oats made with water with a muller light mixed in.
S: Banana with 30g of cheese (5syns)
D: Pasta with chicken breast cooked in onions and garlic. 75g of philly light Healthy Extra.
S: Fresh pineapple and a small bunch of grapes
syns for the day 17 3 choccy digestives major sweet urge! I will regret it.
