the times they are a changin......

Nothing much to report still hovering just under 11 st but not crossed the 10.13 mark yet. there has been a healthy bit of socialising so I can’t really complain. I am determined to get the last 3.6 lbs off, it’s seems such a small hurdle but I’m obviously going to make them groundhog pounds 😀. The work in progress sign will just have to stay up
Well the day needs to be started, hope all have a grand day x

It's so hard isn't it when you get so close to target. I'm not quite as close as you but my weightloss has really slowed down now. But like you say, keep with it and it will eventually go :)

I ve just seen your bmi and you are well and truely in the green zone, it’s not so surprising that it is harder to shift at the mo for you. I’m just above the green zone in terms of bmi which does make my life easier. I have a few issues with the one size fits all bmi but I decided to listen to my body. I was lacking in energy, slightly uncomfortable in my skin at 13 st. At 11 that’s not the case. I feel unrestricted by my size and due to years of dieting ( presently 7 st loss) my skin just wont cope with a low end bmi, think shar pei dog😉 I also doubt I’d be able to maintain it. I’ve drawn my line in the sand at a weight I hopefully can maintain and works for me.
You know your line and there are time it’s harder but you have been brilliant so have faith you ll get where you want to go

My BMI is ok now but I don't really look at it. I used to worry about it when it should me as being obese but once I got into the overweight bit I stopped worrying too much and concentrating on my weight loss instead.

I had a C-Section 13 years ago and now have the most horrendous mothers apron. I would love to get a flattish stomach and lose the sag but it is being really stubborn. I'm already really happy with how I look everywhere except my stomach. I'm hoping as I get nearer to target it will start going down. It's all that's left, so it's got to go at some point! My target is 10 stone but if it shifts before then I will change my target and be happy to maintain.

Wow 7 stone loss is amazing. You must feel so good, that is a great achievement. And now you can almost concentrate on maintaining :)
