I've just had a MiM spread with chicken liver pate, topped with a round of chevre blanc, whopped in the microwave for 90 seconds till everything is warm and mushy, and then covered in hot chili sauce. I now think that this is the only way to eat my daily MiM.

How do you have yours? Are you a savoury or sweet person? :D

Blimey that sounds like a taste sensation. You may have made a huge culinary breakthrough, hun, and if I could eat cheese I would try it. I like the sound of the combination of crunchy Mim (I take it you toasted it first?), flavouresome pate, oozing chevre and then a chilli bite. Mmmmm :)
 
Yep - toasted until dry and crispy the whole way through Susie. I'm in love. :D
 
Aw, sorry you can't have the cheesy bit Susie. I thoroughly recommend the rest as an alternative though.

And yes - I posted twice by accident (over-excitement methinks)!

Ooh I make my mims and alive thinly and toast and have with loads of pate mmmmmmm not had toasted cheese too though!!
