I have just started the JUDDD diet, lost 5 and 1/2 pounds last week:D so a good incentive to carry on, I fast on my down days I find that easier than having a shake.I have the book read some of it I like this because its so different and if you really want something you can have it the next day. How long have you been doing it?, not many people seem to come on this forum which is a shame:sigh:

Hi hun I'm not doing the judders diet - I'm thinking of doing the unit diet (jigsaw) both diets sound good though.

How do u cope on ur down days? Can u actually eat much?

I don't know that diet I will need to look it up theres so many lol.
I can have 500 cals of shakes on down days for the 1st 2 wks but I just drink fluids because I actually find that easier. When I eat a bit I want more lol, and I would probably pick at the odd things without realising this way nothing goes in and surprisingly its been ok :)
