Hi how is everyone handling the weather and there diet hardly eaten today had salad at my mums and a yogurt snack and a bit of chicken for tea

Hi how is everyone handling the weather and there diet hardly eaten today had salad at my mums and a yogurt snack and a bit of chicken for tea

I eat less when it's warm.... While its been cold I've eaten soooooo much stodge, we all struggled a bit with that I think. I love it like this cos I eat loads of fruit & salad
