this is the one i use, i worked out syns as about 11 if you use a third of the dough this makes but realised when i went to it there it uses more flour than i remember and less sugar-doh! it would still be within your daily allowance though if you used the cheese as healthy extras
this dough doesnt need to prove so even quicker!
and you can freeze it and just lift a portion out when needed (usually get 3 pizzas out of it)
