Things you love about Exante

Having read a few threads I thought this would be nice

*I love all the soups and bars
*I haven't got Ketosis breath like when I did CD heehee
*How much healthier I feel even though I still have a long way to go
*Not stuffing my face tonight with chocolate because it's halloween!
*meeting all you guys and chatting through the highs and lows

Great idea

* I love that I have the opportunity to 'quickly' lose the weight that I want to. On a conventional diet it would probably take me 2-3 years.
* I love that I can afford to do Exante
* I love that the bars feel like 'normal' food
* I love the extra energy I seem to have

I love being in control and knowing what I am having every day

I love that I've lost weight so quickly and seeing the surprise on people's faces when they see me a I lose weight much faster on Exante

I love buying smaller clothes so quickly

I love that I don't crave food all the time like I used to and can sit surrounded by goodies at work and not even think about eating them thanks to the retraining of my taste buds and bad habits.

ooohhh I love Exante too!
I love the cost of it.
I love that I can order it online and not have to go somewhere to collect it.
I looooove that it has given me a fabulous 1st week weight loss.
I love all the shake flavours so don't wanna gag when I have one, yay!
And I love that it means I can be part of the Exante family coz everyone here is lovely
