If you've done it before then you know the ropes. Keep as busy as possible till the new routine is established. Do your best to stay 100%. Water will be your very best friend throughout your journey. It gives you the hydration you usually get from food, it takes the edge off hunger, it gives you something to do whilst others are eating/drinking and it will give you the clearest skin ever!! Keep water bottles all about the place, home, work, car etc.
