Extra Easy thinking maybe green's the way to go?

Am I right in thinking that quorn is free on green days? And that I don't *have to* have my 1/3 superfree (although it's a clever idea to do so most of the time!)

I seem to have gone right off meat, I was never a massive carnivore and I'm sure I'll have to have some EE days to accomodate it, but having missed cheese for a verrrrry long month, thinking the freedom of another hexa choice will help me out..

The problem is.. I only have the book which focuses on EE and so any help with the basics would be helpful, as the book's
Nod to red and green are rather confusing?!

yep you are right in thinking that!!!
i often (like today actually) have a green day so i can not each so much superfree and have the extra hea and heb!!

quorn mince,quorn sausages,quorn fillets and quorn pieces are all free.....some things carry syns(burgers for example 0.5syns each) so do check before you eat!!!

for my lunch i am currently doing quorn sausages,sw chips and baked beans.....yum!!

It seems so much easier, I can still have my milk for tea and coffee and my alpen light bars.. But I can have bread and cheese too? Too good to be true surely,
And if true then a small price to pay for not eating meat!

I was thinking sw chips, egg, quorn sausages and beans for tea this evening :)

nope not too good to be true.....just the fantastic wonder that is sw!!!
obviously you need to be checking you have the right things for heb,hea and any syns but.
when i do green its usually because i want to have weetabix and milk and have a fibre plus and cheese(or 2 lots of weetabix-i love them!!!)....and im more of a carb lover so dont mind not having the meat.

Green days are fantastic, and really do feel too good to be true a lot of the time!!

I never thought I'd cope because I love meat, but if I could do green days all the time I would. I have a Hex A and B for breakfast (milk and weetabix) and can still have more milk and cheese if I want, and an extra B later. I also find it easier to get 1/3rd superfree because I don't have to, if that makes sense?

And remember, you can always use a Hex B for some meat if you really fancy some (I often use a Hex B of bacon in SW carbonara on a green day, which is lovely), or still throw in EE days if you want - you don't have to stick to green all day every day!!
