Thinking of giving it a go...

I lost a couple of stones on cambridge last year and have managed to keep most of it off (just gained 5lb back) , but now I need to lose another couple of stones. I would go back cambridge, but i can't really afford it and I know exante is cheaper, if you buy in bulk.

I know taste is a personal thing, but how well do the shakes mix? I won't be able to use a blender at work, so I have a shaker thing instead. I also stuck to the cambridge tetras because I struggled to get the powder sachets to mix evenly. Will I have the same problem with exante shakes?

Also, what is the average weekly weightloss? I assume it would be around a stone a month, like with the Cambridge diet?

    Thank you in advance x

Well done on keeping the weight off. They say you put on around 7lbs of water weight when you come off these diets so you've done really well.
I take my shaker to work and have never had a problem just give it a good shake for about a minute. Yes same weight loss of around a stone a month good luck for your first week sure you'll do great. I also lost 4 stone on exante last year and only put 10lbs back on so now I know i can maintain I'm back for the last 2 stone xx
