Third of the plate

Just wondering for the Ee plan does the whole third of a plate thing actually have to be where the super free foods are part of the meal itself or could it be where u have a meal then eat fruit for dessert? Example of tonight... I made chicken goujons from smash+egg served with Sw chips+then after I had that I followed it with 2 apples cut up... Is this doing it right or should I have these foods with the meal itself?

The point of the 1/3 superfree is to limit the intake of the other food by filling you up with something less calorific. If you're not going to eat it with the meal, try eating the fruit as a starter instead. There's not much point eating the third afterwards just for the sake of it, especially if you're already full after your meal :)
