As the name suggests this isnt the first time I have wanted to loose significant weight. I have yo-yoed a couple of times leading me to think that calorie counting as a way of life has to be the way to go.

So, here I am. Wanting to loose weight for my holiday in 13 weeks. Wanting to loose weight for a family function in 22 weeks. And wanting to loose weight for my 2nd anniversary in 23 weeks.

My plan is to have 1200 cals a day, exercise 5 times a week using home fitness DVDs. I have davinas Power of Three that I quite enjoy along with a couple of Jillian Michaels ones.
