    Hi all, I've just joined the site and thought I'd say hello. I joined SW three weeks ago, had a v good first week (6lb off, hurray!) this week's been less good, though I've had a stinking cold and have also been on my period for three weeks solid, so haven't really been in the mood for sensible eating. Haven't been completely over the top, but very much doubt I'll have lost and will be relieved if I haven't put it all back on.

    Anyway, sorry if there's a proper introductions thread thing, I couldn't find one, so I thought I'd say hello here. I'm going to class tomorrow so will know the damage, am mostly back on track as of today, and am going to try to get back to 100% from tomorrow. I joined the local leisure centres this week and went to the pool for a bit today, can't swim but pottering around in the pool is nice and the showers are a treat, as I'm disabled and don't have a shower only a bath (which is a pain to get in and out of, so I mostly wash with a cloth during the week and have a shower at mum's on the weekend), so it was lovely to be able to sit on the fold-down seat under the lovely hot water!

    So, you now know more than you ever wanted to about me! Think I'll end there before I go any further ;)

    Hi there Anwen - welcome to minimins!

    I'm new aswell, just into my third week of SW and enjoying it so far. I wouldn't worry too much about the WI, I know it can be a right pain when you have neverending TOTMs, mine dissapear for a few months then don't go away for a month at times lol

    Welcome to minimins, and the very best of luck with your SW journey.
    I too have awful problems with my periods, they're a nightmare i cant wait till i get smaller and start getting more regular totm's...
    Well done on ur weight loss to date...

    Hi all, thanks for the replies! Well, I lost another half pound, yay! Have come home to a slow cooker full of tasty beef and lentil stew and had some brown bread and butter with it, yum. Tomorrow morning I'll be having a sausage and bacon sandwich as DD's at my mum's tonight so I have a bit more time in the morning, got some half fat sausages and some bacon that needs a bit of trimming.
