2lbs is good. If you lost 6lbs every week I'd be worried. A lot of people on this diet do a 30 or 100 day challenge. They don't do weigh ins every week as it can be depressing. Try measuring your problems areas so you can see the inchs disappearing instead. The scales are deceiving its just one number. There are more important numbers like fat percentage and muscle mass that tell you more. You really could of lost 4lbs of fat and your body is holding onto water or you put on a little muscle. Keep your head up.
