as you all know been off diet for cousin's wedding...

so was off diet from friday until yesterday...

it looks like from my scales early this morning and yesterday morning, i've only gained 1lb... is that good???

i'm gonna hammer the water today and tomorrow cos i am getting weighed tomorrow as i couldn't yesterday cos i wasn't home....
