    Ok, so i have had my wobble and had a few weeks off, and guess what i have manged to put on 1 stone since my lowest weight.

    I now feel fat, my clothes are tight and i am disapointed with myself.

    So this is it!!

    I turn 40 next year and i will NOT be overweight, i know i can do it, i just need to stop faffing about!!

    So rant over- today is the first day of my diet. I am aiming for 1200 cals for the first couple of weeks to kick start things.

    So everything crossed and i will keep you updated.
