Starting CD tomorrow doing 1000 cals ie two shakes and small meals. Got two and a half stone to lose by end if July, in time for my fourth anniversary. Really gonna need support and encouragement as well as sharing of ideas and experiences. Don't want to think about the last year and all the diets I've been on and off. Can easily get caught up in my negativity! Will post most days to keep me focused!!! THIS IS IT!
