15 1/2 inch collar, from an 18 1/2 inch. Could probably fit into the 15 inch shirt...

oh my god....what a change...i started at nearly 25 stone currently down to 20 and hoping to be below that this wednesday...some truly inspirational pics on here..im actually crying thinking about getting where you guys are :) truly brilliant.
