this might sound weird but..

it makes me bloated sometimes, but on the diet I find rarely feel bloated x
I'm not a big water fan infact if i can avoid it i always have done but understand water is a huge part of being successful so today as its my 1st day i thought right get started on the right foot and be REALLY Good and so far i've drank 2.5litres of water but i feel like im about to pop lol
lol i dont mind loo visits coz that = weight loss. I'm gonna be very intrigues as to how much weight i'll lose as i cant SS so it'll be interesting on weigh day next fri
