This time Im going all the way!!

Hi guys...

I have always struggled with my weight, and over the last 5 years have lost a total of 8 stone, last year a stone crept back on so now I am on a mission to lose that and more!

I think I have tried every diet in the book, calorie counting always seems to be the most successful for me but time is a real problem.

I am a single mum of 4 who works full time and long hours, so in the past I have found it all to easy not to bother to cook for myself when i get home and just eat junk...no more though, I am determined to do it this time and lose the last bit!

I have for the last 3 weeks been following the bodychef 5 day lower carb plan and for me its a godsend, all the food is delivered to me prepared and I just have to heat up and eat it! I have lost 10 lbs doing this and have just signed up for my 4th week.

I am hoping to have reached my goal by the beginning of june at the latest.
 
Thanks - think that this is going to be the hardest part though!
