This Time Round!

    Hello Everyone,

    This is my first blog but I had my 4th WI at SW this week. I tried SW in Sep'10 and just couldn't get into the right frame of mind, I started off well but ended up putting it back on whilst still at group, then in Feb'11 I stopped going. OMG that was a mistake I ended up gaining 1 stone 6½lb not good considering me and my husband want to try for a baby and our problem is my weight :cry: . So my friend that I went with before said we got to do it again if not we are just going to get bigger and bigger and the fought of it just made me want to :9529:, I couldn't do it anymore none of my jeans fit me and I was like prisoner in leggings. So I joined again in Aug and I already feel better in myself and enjoying it this time round. So far W1 5½lb loss, W2 2lb, W3 1lb, W4 2½lb so total so far 10½lb which is more than what I lost last time! My mini goal is to get to 1 stone 4lb by the 29th Sep as I'm going on holiday with my husband and our friends and if I don't then i have to carry his golf clubs for him when they play on holiday and if I do he is going to treat me to some spa treatments which I know I deserve!     Well WI tomorrow, and I am a little scared, I have stayed well within my syns but just have that felling, wish me luck!

    Well I got weighed and put on 1lb but not surprised was expecting more, but can't complain as its the first gain i've had seen I started!

    Nevermind Keza88 these weeks happen every now and then, just have to remember the plan does work so stick with it and that pound will fly off in no time!! :D
