    Very VERY pleased with that!! Bring on month 2! x

    Thanks guys... & the best thing about it is that I haven't felt like I've even been trying to lose weight not once have I felt hungry!

    So onto month 2 & I have a feeling it'll be alot slower this month!! Am hoping to get back into swimming this month!

    Ditzee are you still doing induction or have you moved up to OWL now? Just curious as i'm coming to the end of my second week on induction and i suppose i should be thinking of adding some more carbs...

    I'm sticking with induction Stormy as I still have alot of weight to lose... like Jim says you'll need to think about adding more carbs now. x

    Weigh in this morning & lost 2.6lbs... very pleased with that only 4lbs off my 2 stone mark!!

    Got the thumbs up from my diabetic nurse too... except that I should be having porridge, rice & pasta. My reasoning is that my bloods are fab, my cholesterol levels are dropping & so is my weight... If it ain't broke don't fix it!!

    One day the medical proffession might cotton on to how fab this woe really is!
