Any idea what kinda of rate of loss to expect? ideally from first hand experience and not from "because the internet says so" lol
I know that weight loss tends to be less dramatic for people who who are not initially obese, and would like to hear other's experiences so i know what to expect and im not discouraged. I am aiming to eat no more than 1200 calories per day ^^
