I know how hard it is to try and think of ideas for dinners/lunches on the 5% rule so I thought I would share some of the meals I have. At the moment it's pretty much all store bought ready meals since we are pretty broke at the moment but once that changes I will be making more homemade things.
My hubby works for Asda so I pretty much always buy from there for the discount lol

Asda has a deal where you can buy 6 Good For You Frozen Ready Meals for £5. All within the 5% rule, here is what you can choose from:

Chicken Korma
Chicken Tikka Masala
Chicken Madras
Chicken Peri Peri
Chicken and Peppercorn
Chicken Hot Pot
Beef Lasagne
Chili Con Carne
Fish Pie
Shepherds Pie
Tomato and Basil Chicken Pasta

They also have chilled meals on sale at the moment 3 for £4, you can choose from:

Cauliflower Cheese
Chicken Arrabiatta
Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Fettucini
Chicken Sizzler
Chinese Style Chicken Curry
Cumberland Pie
Ham and Mushroom Tagliatelle
Jacket Potatos
Liver & Bacon with Mash
Macaroni & Cheese
Pasta Bake - Chicken & Bacon

With the pasta dishes I normally have Good For You reduced Fat Garlic Slices (2 packs of 12 slices for £2

Other sides are the Good For You Jacket Potatoes, Good For You Chips, Veggies

They also have in the chill section ''Good For You'' Reduced Fat 4 cheese sauce 2 for £2.50

To satisfy my sweet tooth I have the Weight Watchers desserts, jelly, Good For You Slices (Lemon or Carrot Cake)
