Three positives for the day

Hi I hope this thread is ok here.

I saw another post somewhere about 3 positive thoughts for the day and thought it would be interesting here if we shared ours.

1. I deserve to be thin. (forever telling myself I'm not worth it)
2. I will do this for me and no one else.
3. I will fit into all my nice clothes again...
 
I am struggling with positivity today, to be honest. I keep telling myself that I will be happier when I feel better and I dont have to live on shakes forever but I need to break bad habits forever
 
I feel the same bit keep repeating in my head that I'm doing this for a reason and when my relationship with food improves I can eat it again within Normal barriers.

Keep strong we can do it :)

I have a wedding dress to get into in July and it has to be at least 12!! ;)
Well done on the fab weightloss - I have my first Wi on fri morning.. ARGH - What is the average to lose in a week??
