Throwing in the towel

Its in 3 phazes. Over the 3 phazes u gradually introduce more foods but for the initial 5 days it is in moderation and you dont add carbs and fats together in one meal. It looks as though you dont have to calorie count or even worry about the amount of fat u eat. To me its a cross between slimming worlds RED day and Atkins. Looks interesting must read more... Think im gonna do it after refeed x
