hi there, no sign of Susan today, queen of the hour by hour thread, she must have stuff to do! Sure she'll be along later.

Had my coffee, and took a tip from on here to mix in a bit of Toffee & Walnut shake into the porridge and it was really lovely! Haven't started on the water yet, but managed 3 litres yesterday in the end, which I am pleased with.

    What day's your WI Sarah?

PS I don't start new threads very often so I am not sure. I'm sure since you started the thread if you click on edit on your first post you should be able to change the title. But to honest I didn't even notice that! Don't worry about it, we know what thread it is!

Hi Frances, my WI day is Saturday..

I keep meaning to give the porridge another try, my tastes have changed recently - you got me hooked on the choc - mint which is delicious :) and the toffee and walnut porridge sounds fab :)

    Hi Everyone,

Lovely to see you all up and posting already! I love you guys, it's a very grim Thursday morning and you're all being so nice.
This diet rocks eh? Normally I'd be a bit grumpy, eating toast and porridge without a nice thing to say to anyone, but this morning, I'm full of beans and ready to rumble!

This morning I've has my Toffee and Walnut Porridge! 2 cups black coffee, and about 500mls water. I am about to have a ciggarette, I'm fighting one demon at a time! Weigh in tonight, so I am trying to get as much liquid in me earlier rather than later, so I can see how much I've 'officially' lost. I got weighed in the morning last week, so I think I'll be a wee bit heavier than if I'd got weighed this morning.
Bathroom scale indicates a good loss...not telling yet, I'll let you know tomorrow!

Have a wonderful, hunger free, slimmer day everyone! x x x

hi there, lacking in bingo wings! Funny enough, I've just been looking at your album. You looked so fab when you won runner up SOTY! Especially your arms. I think it is so brilliant that you are back and nipping it in the bud to get back to your fab size. Hopefully, you've thrown away all your big clothes so you have no choice but to maintain your weight loss! Cambridge is fab and now I have discovered it I am determined never to go back. Well done you, and good luck tomorrow.

    Thanks guys.
Been really good this week, really good! I have been cooking soup, lasagne and chicken curry for my parents return from holiday so my poor mother doesn't have to go shopping for a few days and they smelt so good. But not a morsel past my lips, not even to taste. I made things I knew how to make inside and out, so hopefully they taste good!
How good am I? I even went shopping for yummy things like BREAD, Milk, BACON etc. for my Dad cos I know he'll want a good ole bacon butty when he returns.
I WILL BE SLIM!!!! and daddy can buy me new clothes for being so good! Hahahahaha! x x x
