Thought I'd follow the trend so anyone with a Thursday weigh in post your results here.

Well I had my 12th weigh in today and it wasn't a good one I only lost 2lbs but hey it's a lost and now im gonna move on to next weeks :)

64.5lbs lost in 11 weeks :)

well thought id join this as i get weighed thursday :)
Had my first weigh in today after starting it on friday morning, ive lost a fantastic 14.5lbs :) So happy!
