thursday weigh-ins

Hi I have my weigh in tonight I have stuck to the plan completly this week but think i will get STS as had a peek at my scales again erlier and i weigh the same as I did last weighin have my weigh in at 6pm tonight
Who else has a weigh in today and how did you get on?

only half a pound for me, but the weather here is hot hot hot and i havent been able to eat- wooops try more next week, atleast i got my 1 and half stone award , good luck to ya all

gained a pound this week and don't know why think its cos the weathers so hot hmmm going to exercise a lot more but my consutant told me its all to do with my age and my weigh fluctuating as im 16 but dunno if that a reason or an excuse lol

so now got a whole 2.5lbs to lose to get my stone award I hope to get that next week

I was also slimmer of week

Then to top it off i got my half stone award

See getting sow last week really made me realise that I CAN DO THIS DIET
