E: 30 min run, 15 min walk

L: Banana & blueberries with mullerlight vanilla, gazpacho

D: Grilled salmon, steamed broccoli, sweet potato wedges HE B

S: banana, SW hi fi bar HE B
E: run & walk
W: 3 litres

Brekkie was - nothing

Snack mid morning - banana

Lunch - mash, beans and 2 x quorn sausages

mid afternoon snack - an apple

Tea - quorn bolognaise and spaghetti

so i'll have no healthy a's or b's:confused::confused:

ok will have some cheese on the spag bol and maybe ryvita this evening:confused:

mrsB, if i struggle for healthy b's i always go for some mini weetabix, the choc ones are delicious.

Mrs B - EAT SOME BREAKFAST or I'll come and force feed you.

It's the most important meal of the day and kicks up your metabolism.

Have some toast if you don't feel like soggy cereal xx

lol, I never had eaten breakfast but I did start to have oats when I started sw because the consultant said you had to, then about 5 weeks into it we had a brilliant stand in consultant because ours was away and she said if you never ate brekkie before the diet then you really don't have to start:confused:
I have never been able to eat early morning, maybe I'll start eating a banana on the way to school and have ryvitas mid morning instead:D
