D: 5 quorn chicken style dippers 2.5 syns, sweet potato wedges, steamed asparagus

S: banana, apple, pear
E: 30 mins kick boxing
W: 3 litres

Your menus are always lovely.
Didn't realise that the quorn dippers were so low in syns. Are these the ones's in breadcrumbs?
A lovely day here in Wirral today.

BF - 2 ryvita (HeB) with 1tsp VL Flora (1 syn) and 2 eggs and 1 Activia Prune layer (3 syns)
Lunch - Vegetable soup (Home made) with some pasta and parmesan cheese (1 syn) followed by a Greek Salad (HeA) for feta and huge salad
EM Quorn pieces marinated in Natural yoghurt and tandoori spices with brown rice

Have had 1 glass of water up to now!!!!
Exercise is plenty of housework!!!!!

Also used hex a for milk in tea & coffee
