    Morning my lovelies, running behind today as it's my first day back to the office

    B: 1 slice toast 1/2 HE B, honey 1 syn
    MM: alpen light 1/2 HE B, banana

    L: Japanese noodle veggie soup
    MA: necatarines, grapes, mullerlight

    D: Veggie noodle stir fry with soya beans, chopped peanuts on top 3 syns

    S: mullerice (syns?), pear
    E: 1 hour walk
    W: 2-3 litres

    My menu today is:

    B: Crunchy Bran (HE B) with milk (HE A)

    L: Lots of ham, cherry tomatoes, baby sweetcorn, grapes, apple, yoghurt

    D: Bacon, low fat sausage, egg, mushrooms, beans

    S: Mini milk (1.5 syns), banana, salt n vin snack a jack (Syn ?)
    E: None
    W: Not enough!
