Morning!

Another early start thanks to youngest's inability to sleep past 6 o'clock!

Breakfast: strawberries, mushrooms, cherry toms, lean bacon, dry fried sautéed potatoes and egg

Lunch: SW Bang bang chicken noodle salad with extra peanuts (6 syns)

Dinner: SW meatballs, homemade tomato sauce, spaghetti & salad. 15g Parmesan (1/2 a HE 'a') & WW petite pain (b HE)

Other 1/2 HE 'a' - 175ml skimmed milk

Snacks: fruit & lean cold meats if needed
