Morning all, thank goodness the work week is almost over! :D Green day today for a change

B: Skinny sf vanilla latte HE A, porridge HE B

L: Stuffed grape leaves, houmous, pitta HE B, tzatziki, salad, tabbouleh & feta HE A

D: Egg, chips and beans

S: fruit, mullerlight
E: 5K run/walk
W: 2-3 litres

L: egg salad sandwich ( bread = hex b) with salad cream - 2 syns - and salad with fat free vinegarette dressing
D: pasta arrabiatta

snacks= fruit and 2 alpen lite ( hex b)
exercise 3 mile walk

Quite a dull morning here in Wirral.
BF - Shreddies (HexB) topped with berries and milk from (HexA)
MM - Fruit
Lunch - JP with Salad followed by fruit
EM - Pasta, Bean and Veg Bake (A WW recipe)
Water - Aiming for 2 Litres
Day off from gym.

Hi everyone, back from a week in Cyprus and so back on plan 100% !!!


THURSDAY JUNE 26TH



Breakfast: 2x Weetabix (hex b) 1 Banana, 1 shape yogurt


Lunch:2x Low fat super noodles


Dinner:Half bag of Asda Micro rice & Quorn chilli


HEX (a): Milk in drinks


HEX (b): Weetabix,


Snacks: 1 Apple
Mullerlight yogurt & apple, strawberry, grapes, orange & pineapple
