Not sure where I should post this but how do you add your ticker to your comments? I've got a ticker ready and raring to go.. just dont know how to add it!

Thanks.. I'm pleased :0D Although to be fair it's christmas weight.. so probably a fast on fast off job! Down to the boring 1-2 pounds a week routine now.. Need to stay motivated!
