Total Solution Time limit

does anyone know if there's a time limit after you've made the shake to drinking it?

Thanks, thought it was something like that. How do people cope on a day out etc, like when I did Cambridge they had ready made tetras.

I've heard 20 minutes otherwise the nutritional value starts to decrease.

I thought it was 15 mins aswell. Days out etc. I just take a bar with me, nothing else we can do really!

I take water in a bottle, a cold shake and my shaker and mix together for as long as my shaking arm will let me
