Time of the month - First WI!

I'm pretty much in the same boat, my weigh in is Monday, time of the month is due over the weekend and I have given up smoking this week lol.

For me the odds are stacked against me as I usually go up a few lb's at the start of time of the month anyway BUT I've done Slimming World before and I know it works so will just hold out for week 2's weigh in.:D

I hope you have a great loss but if not don't worry because it will definately show on the second weigh in:D

I had this exact problem on tuesday (my first weigh in too!), and worried i might not end up loosing anything but it turned out i lost 3.5 lbs! So i'm not too sure if it affects it too much but i was told it could put up to 3lb on you from water retention or even more. I'm still really really pleased with the first weigh in but i'm classing next week as more of an accurate weight.

hi, i was like this last week(although been dieting for ages), usually i do put on but, last week was chuffed that i'd stayed the same:D

Well I gave in and weighed friday...It was my second week so I was hoping to loose 2lbs. But due to unforseen time of the month nonsence I lost a 1lb.

I will be curious to see how much I loose this week though!
