Time to get a grip!

As the title says its time I get a grip before I end up the size of a house.

I'm currently a not too chubby 9st 7 ish, which may not sound too heavy but I'm only just over 5ft so it's much heavier than I should be!

I would like to be around 8st 7 or maybe a little less?

I will be starting tomorrow and doing predominantly green days.

Any advice anyone wants to give will be greatly appreciated xx
 
So Day One....

I weighed at a crappy 9st 9.4 this morning so a bit more than I thought.

As I said I'll do mostly green days so today is surprise surprise .... green.

Will use an A choice for tea and coffee.

I don't do breakfast generally midweek as due to my work patterns I need to eat an early lunch and if I had breakfast I wouldn't be hungry when I had to have my lunch.

So today looks like -

Coffee
Weetabix (1/2B) and yoghurt (1/2 syn)
Whole meal pasta with a homemade tomato and pepper sauce topped with an A of cheese and salad on the side.
If I'm hungry ill have a banana and yoghurt mid afternoon
Cheese omelette using a B choice for my cheese, with wedges done in actifry and beans.

That's only 1/2 syn so I'll have a curly Wurly or a kit kat or something later.

I've just realised I've got another B choice spare, hmmm kinda hungry so may have a weetabix&yoghurt should keep me going but not too full for lunch.
 
Well yesterday was going really well til I had to unexpectedly go out straight from work so didn't have time to cook my dinner and ended up with pizza! Argh!

Anyhow, today is new day and my menu is the same as yesterday seeing as I didn't have that dinner yesterday!
 
People do still do mix to max but generally it was scrapped for Extra Easy days.
 
Got my lunch all packed for work,

Pasta with tomato and pepper sauce an A of cheese on top
2 satsumas
1 banana
An activia (1/2 syn)
Baggie with carrot and pepper sticks in it.

That should keep me going!
 
Took me ages before i'd do EE, still only do it odd days when i want something I can't have on a red day.
 
Tomorrow will be mix to max I think.
Breakfast: weetabix&yoghurt
Lunch: tomato & pepper pasta with A of cheese, banana and yoghurt.
Dinner: chicken and veg with hot sauce, tea and kitkat (5.5)
Snack: tea and curly wurly(6)

Will also use an A for milk.

Chances are I'll go for a drink after work so will use 3 syns for a Jack Daniels and coke.
