Time to get serious!

Only one cup, and the tea bag didn't wen stay on for long lol. Ah, who knows eh! Feel ok now, just a bit empty lol, nothing water won't fix!

It's a mystery. :) Oh well, glad you're feeling better x

Aw well, I've been thinking about it and I think the mystery is solved... So some people's tummys struggle with the nutrients right? Well on the very rare occasion I have a shake at work my tummy sometimes feels odd, but I ignore it. And then what set it off yesterday could've been a shake again since I only made it with 300mls (same as at work) whereas otherwise I usually blend with a tonne of ice- maybe the shakes are just a bit much for me if I don't drastically over dilute!?

My theory is that since the bars/mousses/porridge are more solid, and so they're harder to absorb and therefore not such a full scale nutrient attack on my insides? - I'm gonna stick with this Theory!

Was just looking at my old goals, I now find it funny that one was to fit back into the bras I was measured for in may. Now the bloody things are too big, I'm floating around in them, it is extreme - I swear I have lost most of my weight off of there, was trying on old dresses - most of which fitted fine apart from my tiny boobs! I loved my boobs the end of last year, they were perfect for me, and now I'm completely out of proportion again - gone! New bra fitting booked next weekend - was measured a 36Fin may, it's gonna be a sad day - time for a wonderbra!

You can have mine. Mine don't seem to be going down at all yet. I want to fit in a smaller bra! I'm fed up with not being able to find anything that fits, wah!

I am really struggling today. I have a bit of a funny tummy and a headache that I have been unable to shift all day and I'm feeling veeeery home sick. I moved away from home for work 19 months ago and really miss my friends :(. I know I'm just feeling sorry for myself and won't eat but I really just wanna have some comfort food.

Just having a moan. Thanks for listening

Awww, did you take some paracetamol? It's crap feeling like that, but you're allowed! Make yourself feel better - I always find that going through my wardrobe and finding old clothes that fit again helps. Or having a lovely hot shower and bed with a book- escape into another world for a while. do you get to go home often? *hugs* hope you feel better soon x

Hi not been on much last couple days been decorating and working late! Sorry to hear your tummy has been playing up! I sometime have this when I have a shake! Rather than a mousse or soup and my bar! Funny really but as I think you or Lily said its probably the minerals & vitamins as its not solid! Weird!

Great idea putting your clothes on E bay! I gave mine to friends and my sister and the ones they did not want I did a boot fair with last summer!

Not too long now for your holiday I bet you are exited especially with your new clothes to wear! Have you sorted out your swim wear yet? X

Good Morning!!!

And it is a good one indeed, weigh in day, and I have lost....drum roll....4lbs!! YESSS! so happy to be back on the 4lbs losses, I know 3 was good last week but hey, I don't like odd numbers!

And this last few days brings 2 more of my mini goals scrubbed off - Sunday I re-tried my size 14 topshop trousers i used to wear at school and they fitted - I had planned to try them on then bin them once they fit, but everyone needs a pair of black trousers, so i put them in the wash instead!

And also tipped 2 stone today! 2st 1lb to be precise!

I'm not sure I will achieve my "in the 11s" before holiday goal now since that would leave me 7.5 lbs to loose in the next 10 days, which I know isn't achievable, never the less, it gives me a great motivator to get back on it after I get back since I should imagine I will at least gain a couple of lbs along the way - though don't get me wrong, I will be walking/swimming/going up the stairs(ing?) as much as possible to avoid it!

After my holiday i will put up a couple of photos as well, I have one from my last cruise - taken by one of the ships photographers, so will try and get a similar one done this time which will be nice to compare with. Also found some (not so) lovely ones from when I was 16st+ which I will like to share too, they remind me how far I have come in 2 years with both SW and Cambridge. was actually playing with photos this morning, but then got reminded that my netbook just cant handle me trying to edit/crop so will have to sit at a proper computer and do it - oh I really want a laptop - the netbook was useful but no good if you want to actually do anything on it!!

So wishing you all a good day.....

very weird, at least I know now - helps to avoid any dodgy situations!

Have made over £300 so far, I'm so pleased, and a lot of the next stuff I sold I had bought in the sale at silly prices anyway so have really got my moneys worth since i got a fair few wares from them too! have however spent £250 of that on new clothes, but it feels so good that it's guilt free - I usually feel so bad for buying clothes, it's a luxury I can't really afford nomally! went mad non saturday with free listing, several hours and 55 listings later lets see what pennies this week brings!

On the swimwear front, I went through my old stuff and decided some of it doesn't look as bad a s before so will make do, apart from one swimsuit i will be ordering from asos soon :)

Hi everyone so question for you's? I have been on the plan 16 weeks and have lost exactly 4 stone in that time :). However for the last few days I have been feeling veeeery hungry. I was just wondering if anyone else felt like this after a while on the plan? I drink about 4 litres of water a day and haven't changed my routine any so I'm not doing anything different. I figure this is a mental issue and I'm probably not hungry at all, I think I'm just bored of it all now. I'll stick with it I have 2 stone left left until I reach goal and after loosing 4 it would be silly to give up now but just wondering if others went threw a period of feeling bored of it all?

Also I am going home in 10 weeks time, I will be staying on plan until then and having the week off while at home however I'm wondering if I should join a slimming club after as opposed to gong back on shakes as ill hopefully only have half a stone to one stone left to loose and my friend is frequently loosing 2 - 21/2lbs on weight watchers every week.

Any thoughts would be helpful... You guys keep me going threw the rough times :) xxx

Hi well done on your 16 weeks! I did from Jan to May last year and did not have the hunger but wanted to answer you regarding joining slimming club! I had been thinking about this and decided to stick with plan and go up steps for last stone as last time I joined SW when I got to goal slight from SS and struggled hence back this Jan to get off the 23lb I put back on! I wonder if you should go up the steps to lose the last half a stone/stone?

I think at the end of the day Hun only you can decide! My partner however started with me in Jan and did 10 days but felt so poorly so came if CD and went straight into SW they put on for two weeks before starting to lose again! This also put me off!

Good luck x

I know where you're coming from, I'm the same at the moment, boredom I guess, but now you say it too it makes me think it is the impending break from plan we both have coming up that might be triggering the food thoughts, some we know we can have it soon!

I have a lot longer left to go but I deffo intend on going up that plans, on sw I virtually lived on carbs and I know that's not good. So up the steps, then I plan to do the 5:2 fasting diet after that to maintain (or 5:1 depending how it goes) then have Cambridge products on the "fasting" days for ease.

Oh the 5:2 diet that sounds like a good idea. I'm now on nightshift for a couple of weeks and found my first night a lot easier with the packs than I thought I would. I never sleep before my first nightshift and was panicking thinking I had to make 3 packs last me 24 hours but moved up to step 2 and all is good. Being on nights will help me as all my days just merge into one therefore the 2 weeks will fly by...hopefully with good losses. 10 weeks until I go home and I plan to start working up the steps when I get back. Heres to being a skinny mini.

Oh and I'm in a size 12 pair of (super skinny) jeans at work tonight :). Go me, considering i was squeezing into an 18, 16 weeks ago (really needed a 20 but was in total denial).

Thanks guys you keep me going :)
