Oh by the way, I was looking at the veg water flavouring pot (I don't have any) and the first ingredient on it is salt! Now surely if your allowed that, a little sprinkle of salt on my chicken wouldn't cause an issue!

And also I was told not to have my hot water with lemon - well - step 2 suggests a squeeze of lemon as a dressing - my slice in hot water probably gives far less lemon juice than that anyhow.

Ive always found that strange about the lemon. When I tried lighter life leomon way out of bounds completely. Funny how the 2 VLCD can be so different

Just found out its pizza express for lunch :-( dunno what will be happen tbh, hopefully there'll be an ok option for me!

Spent all this time trying to stay away from calories now im struggling to find them. I know I shouldnt be moaning about being told to eat lol. I done a spinning class the other night... oh my days I was so sore yesterday.

Oh I know, I get emails all of the time from them as well, it's just mean!

Wow, that's good though, maybe you're finding your balance!whereas for me, if I suddenly have a plate of food, it goes down like I've not eaten on months!!

I ended up off plan in the end yesterday, I would've been fine had we actually gone to pizza express but there was nothing vaguely Cambridge on the menu where we went and the salads were full of things I don't like. I had a hash thing for starter (sort of bubble and squeak ish) and battered haddock for main. When will I learn.... I don't like fish! All I can stomach is a piece if prime cod in batter or a fish finger. But silly me thought, oh, it'll be the same - they look the same.... Bleughh! 1. It had skin on so had to pick around that, and 2. It was all fishy! And since it wasn't particularly cheap and the boss was paying I had to eat most of it ...thank goodness the Tatar sauce was lovely, smothered every fishy mouthful! So food fail and diet fail rolled into one!

Was exhausted by the time I for home and I did snack on a couple of biscuits, a slice of toast, a bit of chocolate, oh and got myself a costa frappuccino on the way home from work - sat in traffic next to the devices - it made my journey 10x better!

Not a great day all round really... Back to it today though! Still feeling bloody exhausted though - got a rude awakening from ships fog horns this morning - at some point in my sleep last night I opened my window :-/ another eBay day today I think!

Dominos are the Bain of my life got an email yday about buying a large pizza and getting 2 sides free! Sure them heffers nvr give anything away free! I was not amused!

I do the same when I eat. Ud think I nvr seen food before!

Where's youurrrr head at at at at at at - or mine even!

Ebay done, ish, wasn't particularly enthused to do it this weekend so just relisted a load of bits and added a couple more on, I didn't have access to the pc and trying to do anything on my netbook is impossible!

What a disaster weekend, started out saturday all like "oh im gonna be off plan but gonna eat healthy" yeah nice idea, but combined with being tired/lazy that don't work!

So Saturday turned into a day of grazing, some healthy stuff like mixed bean salad, some coconut, some not-so-healthy like digestives, some lemon drizzle cake my nana made, some chinese curry and rice. Saturday night I went to bed clutching my stomach in pain, all that grazing added up to overeating - but of course little and often - it creeps up!

So sunday I think "oh i'll go back on plan" but then remembered that I had made myself some lovely (and healthy) burcher museli for breakky, so thought i'd try the healthy thing again! It went a little better sunday, there was a slice of toast and a blueberry muffin - but only one slice of toast instead of 3, then made myself a slimming world chilli for dinner - not cos it's slimming world but cos it's my favourite chilli recipe - now this is where i went wrong. It was lovely, had it with wholegrain basmati - but had the portion I used to be able to eat, not the one I can now. I ate dinner about 6 - was still in agony at 10 - I went to sleep in pain! And this totally ruined my evening of ironing I had planned as i spent my night bent over double!!

It made me think - the only way I easily gain weight is grazing, that little and often theory is utter crap - that's how you get fat, as you never know when to bloody stop! But man, ouch, i need to learn when to stop when it comes to eating a big meal - i guess my main issue is that sometimes that full message comes after only a few fork fulls - so i carry on - ok thats kinda not great but ok, but then i carry on more - thats where the problem is! and the grazing - lazyness - if i go off plan i very rarely have 3 square meals, i'm hardly likely to have 1 even, its all snacking!

yup, im talking a lot of crap but it makes sense to me!

want to get back in the zone so badly, and really wanted to do lawrences 100 day challenge, but that starts on 15th - and with rana leaving the 18th i know i'd only make 3 days :-/

might do a kind of on plan day today, i still have half a small pot of coconut and some pomegranate seeds to eat, i don't want to waste them.

its all so messy over here right now! but thought i'd just check in anyhow...
 
Oh god, I really am an emotional eater too, I just sat here and thought awwww, I don't wanna work (work is quite stressful and making me a bit unhappy lately) - nothing I can do about that, then I thought awwwww I want a hugggg - noone here to do that, and tbh it would only help from one particular person, then it was automatic - what can i eat?!!!!! WHATTT!!!

I already had 3 large spoonfuls of tiramisu my mum left me this morning and my belly is aching from that, I'm not hungry! I just need some love!!

On that note though - aching after 3 spoonfuls - wandering if my pains after eating might be something more sinister than overating - it shouldn't hurt from that surely! or is my stomach simply super super tiny now - or maybe that paul mckenna gastric band is doing it's thing damnit! ow ow owwww.
 
Well I understand that completely

Nvr have 3 meals if I come off plan because I act like a feral child that will nvr see food again for months. It's because you want to get as much tastes and textures in before you go bk into starvation. Silly really because we know its our own decision to be on this plan and we are in control but it nvr pans out that way.

Portion size is also a major issue for me and none of this stopping when your full works with me either. I stop when the plate is clean!

But Ria look how far you have come and things are rough at the min and while that is not an excuse to eat what u want it is a reason to go a little easier on yourself.

I also get the emotional eating thing I am the exact same. Happy i want food sad I want food lonely I want food. It's actually so bad how much we rely on food to comfort us.

Just take things at your own pace. You will figure it out and by the time you get on that plane I'm September you will be at goal and feeling wonderful and excited to see your lovely man

Hold on to that goal because they are the things that get you through these crappy times

I think I'm done stuffing face now! Yay! Plan is to abstain from food for a few days, I feel like I need to, so will do 4 packs plus the step 2 dairy allowance - so a sort of SS version of step 2.

Lets do some positive stuff.... I opened up my wardrobe earlier, and realised there's more colours and patterns in there then there probably has been my whole life! It's nice to be able to pretty much wear what I want and enjoy fashion...

I also came across my visa photos from last year, am loving the difference between last year and this year...

Just need to hit that last stone on the head and bring back the happiness that loosing weight brings, need to feel good again!

Well... That got sent before I wrote it lol.

Back in the zone and determined! Shame my day is already conspiring against me! Woke up an hour late, had to wash my hair, had no diesel In my car and had to sort the dogs out! Half way to work realised I forgot my shaker!

So here I am late for work, power walking in, damp hair, but still determined, today I shall learn to make a shake without a shaker! Wish me luck!

When for a bit of a spree in holland and barratt - shaker crisis averted! Got some green tea tabs Which I've been meaning to get for ages! (Green tea helps with metabolism but I can't stand the stuff!) and got myself some Bach flower remedies after someone mentioning it on Lily's diary - got the emotional overrating pack and some rescue remedy!

Feel my head is really in the game today! Haven't felt like this for ages!!! Boom!
 
Man, feeling a bit sketchy, not sure if its the green tea (I'm not used to caffeine!) the heat in the office (AC is broken) the lack of calories, the rescue remedy or what?! Feel kinda energetic but like I might keel over at any moment, it's bizarre!
