Thank you Ria!! See it's easy for me I live at home so I only have to worry about getting myself up although that is normally a struggle haha!!

Okay so after gyming it yesterday morning I was good for the rest of the day, my boyfriend then called me to surprise me with a visit home so I was secretly relieved that I'd done some exercise already as we were bound to eat naughty things! I wasn't actually too bad and I have done a regiment fitness bootcamp this morning so not really feeling too guilt about it! Diary as follows;

Breakfast - banana, weatabix, natural yogurt and frozen berries,

Lunch - Jp with cheese and beans & ww yogurt

Dinner - 2 quorn Southern fried burgers. Slimming world chips and beans

Snack - prawn cocktail extra crunchy (about half a bag, half a tear and share garlic bread with garlic dip and a pack of rolo's, not too bad I hope and I did have 30odd syns left for the week so hopefully won't impact this week for me!! Have a lovely weekend girlies xx

Okay so after a lovely suprise weekend with my boyfriend it's safe to say fasting/slimming world went out the window hehe!! We are lots of naughty treats and I didn't feel guilty once which was a nice change! Decided to get Back on it yesterday so here's my diary for today and yesterday!!

Bank holiday Monday:

Exercise - lots of walking and a hour and a half gym session

Breakfast - weatabix, banana, natural yogurt &melon

Lunch - melon, Jp with cheese and beans, fruit salad

Dinner - chicken stir fry

Total syns 0/15

05/05/2015 - fast day

Breakfast - melon (50 calories)
Lunch - ww soup and yogurt (122 calories)
Dinner - ww meal (between 197 and 226 depending on which one I buy!)
Snack - aloen bar (87 calories)

485/500 calories

Woohoo I can do this!!!!

Looking good Paige! M&S do some really good low cal ready meals if you like to stick with the ready meal option but fancy a change :)

I'm fasting today too and saving myself for some skinny cheeseburgers and chips later! Nomm! x

Haven't managed to get on here for the last few days with my boyfriends parade, was on plan all week up until Thursday and not really sure how this week will be as he's home but he has to do a lot of exercise whilst he's off which I've agreed to try although I fear he may kill me haha!! Will hopefully pop on here soon, if not have a lovely week ladies and as promised below is a picture of me in my lovely size 8 (yayyyyy) dress haha!!!
