Had a tough week last week, My son was unwell again so was just a mixture of looking after him and hospital trips. Normally I would turn to sweets and crisps to see me though but this week apart from one day where I had to rely on the canteen I managed to stay on track. Am really pleased I did as I lost 3lb this week! So nice to see the scales going down again!
I must admit I am a terrible cook so don't really follow recipes. I have a soup maker and just throw in what I fancy with a herb stock pot. I Just put in some asparagus, peas, mint then the machine does the rest!
