Step 1 Sole Source Time to shift a bit of unwanted weight again

Hi everyone, I know this diet works for me I lost almost 3stone in under 3 months last nov I kept it off till June this year then had a blow out on holidays and festivals and have put on around a stone ... I've enjoyed myself socialising but now it's time to cut all the rubbish out and focus on ss again...been talking myself back into this as I know first 3-4 days always the trickiest ... If I stick to it I know I can be back at target weight almost end of August... For all you ladies redoing this it works and soul source works the quickest but do not let anything other than the 3 shakes or soups water black tea or coffee bypass your lips not even a smidgen of a taste of anything don't be encouraged by others to give on for. Cheeky indulgence in something cause they are offering food treats snacks a drink down the pub stick to your guns cause if you do give in for that cheeky nibble it knocks your ketosis out instantly and that lb a day coming off will stop you have to do it by the book no cheating... And start over again. Wish me luck please I need it...have a school reunion i september want to look my best as was the podgy kid at school. last target weight 8st 3lbs size 6-8 weight today 9st3 size 10- starting today first official weigh in with consultant again on Tuesday :) good luck to you all

Hi there

I too lost 3.5-4 stone with cambridge but I always bob around with this bloody stone ! Plan of action for 11 weeks to shift it and return to maintain at a size 10. How are you getting on doing ss? I think I will be 810 ing it myself
