Time to start again!

Hello,
My name is Catherine. I am 43 and am that time of the year again when the prospect of wearing slightly less clothes is looming and I am again unhappy with the extra pounds I have gained.
I am following slimming world at home and am looking for some motivation and support on here to help me continue with my weight loss journey.
