Time to succeed!

Ohh I forgot to post last week!

So I'd been to a BBQ and fell off the wagon somewhat. I weighed in at 2 lbs up from the week before, but lost about 2-3 lbs of that overnight. I'm presuming I was dehydrated (from drinking vodka and coke zero!) and holding on to water.

I had another unavoidable bbq this week, but I stuck to meat and drank only a very little. Weighed in today at 227 lbs. That means I'm a whole stone down in the three weeks that I've been on exante, even considering the blip in week 2, and I'm well on my way, having lost over 10% of what I eventually want to lose.

Huzzah!

Here's hoping everyone else is doing well, too!
