Times for shakes

Hi, i am on day 3 of LT and not finding it to bad up to now, maybe another story when on friday night i can't have my well deserved vodka after a difficult week in work
i have never been a breakfast eater and dont have my first shake until about 1pm, then one about 5pm and then another one about 830pm, i drink the required amount of water throughout the day, does anyone know if not having anything to eat(shakes) until this time will have a detrimental effect on my weight loss. Any advice would be greatly apreciated
 
Shouldn't make any difference, just see how your weigh in's go. If you have your shake earlier your may start you metabolism off, therefore burning the fat earlier. I would do what is easier for you, this diet is tough enough :D you can always adjust later if you think it is affecting your losses.
 
Thanks kay, much appreciated, think u may be right about the matabolism though so may try to have first one a bit earlier just to be safe
