I'm on 4 a day too. I have mine at 4 hour intervals, to keep me going. But I work late nights so try and push everything back as far as possible. So I have a pack at 10:00am, 2:00pm, 6:00pm and 10:00pm. You just need to work out what works for your lifestyle. But I know I'm always hungrier later in the day than first thing in the morning. Some people don't have a pack until lunch time, but I feel too weak if I do that.
Try a few different times and see what works for you. xxx
