Tinned Fruit Q ?

I was just wondering about tinned Mango in SYRUP please??

I couldnt get any in JUICE so was wondering if you wash off the syrup how much would it lower the points by?
The whole tin is 4 points in the syrup.

Probably a stupid Q peeps but i cant think tonight..

I would think if you washed off the syrup then it's just like having them in water

I agree - although some of the syrup would have seeped into the fruit...not enough to worry about though Fuzzy with the exercise that you are doing. x
