tiny query

Hi

I'm doing EE for the first time (I love green and my extra HEX!!), so this is new to me.

I understand about the third of the plate rule...but today I'm having a Mug Shot, 2 scan brans and laughing cow triangles - so can I count my little tub of baby plum tomatoes (about 6) and an apple as a third of my plate? I'm confused?!!

I'd say that's okay hun, maybe a bit more salad next time but it's fine for one meal

Thanks. Actually it's 8 toms!! Just counted them. I need to get organised and wean myself off mug shots - i may have a slight addiction to them....

Next week I'm definitely going to be bringing salads to work. Must get organised!

I don't generally have them but have two emergency packs in case I forget lunch..which I'm prone to doing.
